When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–21 days. Processing times can vary due to factors such as high order volumes or delays in sourcing packaging from abroad.
How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
You’ll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. If you don’t see it, please check your Junk/Spam folder. You can also reach out to us directly on Instagram if you need help.
Do you sell individual items or bulk quantities?
Each product listing shows the quantity you’ll receive — for example, 5X, 10X, or 100X. The scent options may vary for each product, and the available selections are shown on the scent list.
Do you offer custom labelling?
Yes! Labelling is included in the price of all products (except Sprays and Drops). We also offer a custom label design service — simply message us on Instagram for more details.
Where are your products made?
All our products are proudly made fresh in the UK to the highest standards of quality and safety. We ensure every formulation is fully compliant with UK and EU cosmetic regulations, so you can tan and glow with confidence.
We never import unregulated products — everything we create is developed, tested, and produced locally for consistent, premium results.
While some packaging may be sourced internationally, rest assured every product is produced in the UK.
Returns
Returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If there’s an issue with your order, please DM us on Instagram and we’ll be happy to help.
